Swimming Pool

A seasonal outdoor heated pool is located at Chedabucto Family of Schools. Various swimming programs are coordinated by the Municipal Recreation Department during the summer months. Onsite change and washroom facilities are available. Fitness Centres

Chedabucto Fitness Centre
The Chedabucto Fitness Centre is a complete fitness centre with a variety of cardiovascular and weight-training machines. It is located on the lower floor of Chedabucto Place Family of Schools. The fitness centre is equipped with air conditioning, private change facilities and individual shower and lockers. Various membership options are available. Fanning Fitness Centre
The Fanning Fitness Centre has been open since October 2006 in the Fanning Education Centre, Hazel Hill. Modern equipment and knowledgeable staff welcome users. Various membership options are available. Tennis Courts

Multi-Purpose Facility

The Outdoor Multi-Purpose Facility located in Larry's River consists of two tennis courts, two basketball courts, street hockey and potential ice skating in the winter. Tennis racquets and balls are avilable for use at the Multi Purpose Community Centre. There is no charge for participants to use these recreational amenities. Chedabucto Place Performance Centre
