North Riverside, Boylston, Manchester, St. Francis Harbour, Melford and Auld's Cove
Neil was elected in May 2015 as Councillor of District 3 which covers North Riverside, Boylston, Manchester, St. Francis Harbour, Melford and Auld's Cove. Neil and his wife Mia along with their four children, have been active members of the community of North Riverside. Neil graduated from St.F.X. University and taught school in Guysborough for 33 years. Neil also coached many high school and community sport teams.
Neil was a charter member of the Guysborough Lion's Club and President of the Guysborough Amateur Athletic Association. He is presently an active member of the Chedabucto Curling Club and the Chedabucto Performance Center Operations Committee. Neil sits on the Waste Management Liaison Committee as well as the EMO Committee.
